Click & see many excellent Mr. Pike facts, including a bio provided by answers.com, & a Q&A with many great details, such as:
* he's gonna sell out and write more Last Vampire stories! Money, money, money, money! MOOOONNNEYY!
* he likes Dexter (squeeeeee!!)
* he didn't write Seedling, the advertised sequel to The Cold One because he didn't have time. I like to think that I went back in time & changed the future by maybe beating him with a pipe wrench until he agreed to, like, not inflict that shit on paying customers.
* he wishes he could re-write The Grave, which I've been thankfully able to block from my cognitive memory. I had to re-read the post on that one for a refresher. It was delightful. Hence why my grade 8 yearbook blurb as chosen by my peers says that my hobby is laughing at my own jokes.
* there's a LINKS section, which I am dying to get into... maybe if I bought a proper domain? Or would he take a hit out on my ass?
Also, this exists:
For those of you who are like me & are "too busy" to click on videos, there's a teen girl getting ready for bed in the bathroom. Her zany underweared sleepwalking brother comes in with a knife. Other stuff happens for about 30 seconds. She goes to her room & reads the end of Remember Me & says, "Remember Me? Forget you!" and tosses the book aside. An actor playing Christopher Pike comes in and menaces her, then throws her out the window saying, "It's Christopher Pike, bitch!" and she's, like, dead on the pavement. So, that's a pretty bizarre ode to this guy.
So, what are you saying? Gonna join the fan club?

I hope that after his death, Pike does not haunt you into writing his books.
OMG - the power of Christ(opher Pike) compels me!
Awesome vid! I hope R.L. Stine comes in at night and does that to me. Er...or something.
You should totally be on the links page! Especially since it contains a (dead, obviously) geocities page.
I just found your blog. You complete me. Thank you for what you have done!!!
But please blog about Witch soon.
It's odd how we now know (for sure) that Christopher Pike was his pen name and that he's actually someone else. Yet the site kind of acts like Christopher Pike is a real guy, even the fact that it's a penname wasn't mentioned in the bio lol.
What a wonderful idea, to add this site to the links page. I'll make sure you're added immediately!
As for not including his real name. It was never something he intended to share with the world. The Fan Club respects those wishes though all parties acknowledge that it's not much of a secret!
Uh, Webmaster (I feel like a post millennium Shari Cooper!), that's not necessary... really.
Gah! I have only just stumbled across this blog and now hate myself for having wasted my entire life by not reading it sooner. I am a fool.
Also, I demand that Road To Nowhere and See You Later make an appearance soon. That is all.
So I've loved this blog forever, and when I started a webcomic, I couldn't help but make a couple about Christopher Pike. This one and this one.
You guys might be the only ones who appreciate it (if you appreciate it at all).
a movie called chainletter is coming out soon! coincidence?
Yeah, so I totally just subscribed to the RSS feed of that fansite. I want to know when the remakes are coming out so I can compare them to the older ones! I love it when books try to update cultural references for A New Generation.
when will you start blogging again?!?!?!?!?
I CANNOT WAIT to explore your Blog. I have NEVER FORGOTTEN Pike and am so glad old works are being republished and he is writing again. Can we get a call for SEEDLING! Been waiting for over a decade for this....OBSESSION. Just found a PIC of him online too!
Oh, God that was hilarious! Funny, I never realized that Pike looked like a cross between Bruce Campbell and the guy who played Randall Flagg in "The Stand". ;-)
Love the blog as I used to read lots of Pike in my younger (and possibly more cheesey) days. Any chance you can review Starlight Crystal and See You Later? Would love to hear your comments on them
You used to write such funny recaps. It's a pity that you don't seem to be around anymore. Pike has been really active these last couple of years - he even set up a Facebook page and is actually planning to get his site going! Looks like someone has to sell Witch World LOL. Anyway, I hope you'll be back for more Pike fun one day ;).
Hey, Sada, Pike is not yet dead. He's still alive and is 59 years old.
Star Trek: Strange New Worlds" arriving on CBS All Access heralds a thrilling journey for fans, promising a rich exploration of the beloved franchise's uncharted territories. Excitement awaits!
hello. will you ever return and write more recaps? i miss reading them.
